"Extremely let down - 0/5"
Honestly, if it were possible, I'd give a zero rating. I jotted down my details to assist my mom with her English. A representative called me and immediately jumped to asking for payment info! He was incredibly rude, not even allowing me to understand how things operate. If this is the kind of service you provide, I can only imagine how your teaching staff functions. Truly DISAPPOINTED - 0/5
